Clear communication

About
I'm Mina Seo, a freelance social media manager & content strategist based in Seoul, South Korea. I care about content that earns attention and numbers that hold up.
Background
This is placeholder copy — swap it for your own story. Keep it warm and specific.
I've spent the last eight years running social for brands you scroll past every day — from scrappy DTC startups to established lifestyle labels. I started as a community manager answering DMs at midnight, moved into content, and learned that a following only matters when it turns into something real: sign-ups, sales, a room full of people who already trust you before you say a word.
My favorite work sits where creativity meets the spreadsheet. I love finding the one hook that makes a Reel take off, then reading the analytics to understand why it worked so we can do it again on purpose. Trends are fun, but a system that keeps producing without burning you out is what actually moves a brand forward.
Outside of client work I study creators across every niche, test formats on my own accounts, and mentor early-career social managers. If you want a partner who treats your brand's voice like it's their own, I'd love to hear what you're building.
Principles
You always know what's posting, what's next, and how it's performing.
I write in your voice so the feed feels like you, not a template.
I chase saves, shares, and conversions — not just follower counts.
No last-minute scrambles — content is planned and batched in advance.
Kind words
“Mina rebuilt our Instagram from the ground up. Within four months our reach tripled and, for the first time, social was actually driving sales.”
“The content just gets us. Engagement is up, our DMs are full of real customers, and I finally stopped stressing about what to post.”

Mostly Instagram and TikTok, with support for the rest of the mix — Threads, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and LinkedIn — when it fits your audience. I recommend focusing before we spread thin.
